Ms. Jennifer Foster is a CTE teacher and will represent Charlotte Amalie High School as the 2021-22 Teacher of the Year! She has gone above and beyond the classroom and transformed the high school’s Cosmetology Department into a full-service salon. And Ms. Foster’s tutelage isn’t just relegated to desks and clippers. She has inspired her students to use their acumen throughout the community as well, and serve the elderly, homeless and other underserved Virgin Islanders with their wealth of hands-on and classroom skills.
