Local 1825 was well-represented on International Women's Day by its staffers during Sen. Donna Frett-Gregory's "Perfectly Imperfect" event, which celebrated the outstanding achievements of local women who dared to #breakthebias and forge paths for others to follow.
Local 1825 appreciates Sen. Donna Frett-Gregory for her work with Local 1825 as a former commissioner of the V.I. Department of Education and as a legislator. And of course, Local 1825 salutes all of the women of the world, especially those here in the Virgin Islands. We particularly pay homage to our local women members who go above and beyond every day to ensure the progress of our territory's education.
